I just wanted to say that I'm glad I listen to you about patience and sticking to the macros. I weighed myself and I'm down 5.8 pounds in the last two weeks, and I'm feeling better. There's still some nights where I'm waking up and not being able to get back to sleep, but it's not happening everyday which is progress. My name is Rachel and I love Barb! I decided to work with Barb, because we aligned on the importance of gut health. I was discouraged entering year 2 of postpartum and not losing much weight. I felt stuck. I was hesitant to do a strict plan, because I was still breastfeeding my daughter. I wanted to make sure I was properly nourishing my body while reaching my fitness goals.

Barb showed me how simple it is to track and plan out my macronutrients. In the past tracking overwhelmed me but I learned how it simplified my life from grocery shopping, meal prep, and even “on the spot” decisions for what to make for dinner!I decided years ago that anything new I was going to learn needed to be sustainable for the long haul and this is! Focusing on gut friendly foods and macro tracking is sustainable! I am so thankful to see results so soon and even over the holidays, because I planned around our special meals. I don’t think I have ever lost weight let alone 4.4lbs over the holidays while eating MORE food!

My goal when I started working with BAM! Fit 4 Life was performance based.
